For now, I went with Auhder H11 LEDs that Georgina Rudkus recommended. They look a bit bulky with cooling fan at the rear. However, I couldn't refuse the price of under $12 for a pair.

The AuxBeam H11 LEDs were looking really nice with no fan and almost the exact size as Halogens but $39 for a pair is a bit more to try out especially when the ebay seller saying they wouldn't be compatible with Gen3 Prius.

Once I get them, I will try and report back. These will be the first set of LED short-beam bulbs for my Prius.

Thank you everyone for the help.
