    They got 1 or all 4? Petty stuff to take, can't be in good condition either. Look at the faded silver on the plastic parts

    I suspect the last one was hard to pry out or they got spooked.

    Check craigslist, eBay or Marketplace to see who's selling them in your area. Can't believe this would be a money maker, though.

    Those plastic inserts retail for around $25 USD apiece, last time I looked.

    Or you can use plain covers for (nominal) 1½-inch openings in electrical boxes. They don't look bad, and can be made to fit. Cheap at your nearest electrical supply store or department.
