Disable startup display?

We're all stuck with it. Do not know way around it. However, you can turn off beginning and ending piano sound.

 

I put my car in reverse which displays the backup camera screen. By the time I back out of the driveway and put the car in drive the info screen is gone. No prompt replies required.

 

I am very annoyed by pop-up messages... although I disabled them unselecting the specific menu item, they bother me usually in the worst moment, such as while I am shutting down the vehicle and the trip computer gives you a summary of the trip, the "door open" message pops up hiding the trip computer message.

The worst ones are the ACC preceding veichle proximity messages, on a busy highways these repetitive messages may drive you crazy... distracting instead than being useful.

However my 12 years old Lexus does the same so I suppose it is a Japanese safety thing.

 

I have not seen any start-up display as described in the OP. Is this on the nav screen on the Prius Prime? I have had the start-up sound turned off from day 1 after purchasing the car. Plus I have the screen turned off most of the time, so I guess, never noticed it?
