Any recommended places/people in LA to install shock/tilt sensor to factory alarm for Prius 2008?

I'm trying to better protect my car after my cat was stolen a second time despite putting a cat shield.

After researching, I found an alarm system like this (that includes a shock and a jack detection (which is essentially a tilt sensor):

But I realized an entire system is being sold which could cost hundreds of dollars, and after calling to different stores in DTLA many of them sell an after market alarm system such as Viper which could cost $200+ and adding a tilt sensor is another $40, so the whole thing could cost $300 or more which I think is quite expensive compared to the cost of the sensors themselves which could be bought on Amazon together for $53 (probably they could be purchased even cheaper on Ebay):

And then you have a video like this of someone who is installing them both to the factory OEM alarm to Prius 2005:

So where can I find a place/person that could install them similar like in this video (by cutting existing wires/re-purposing the left rear for these sensors, etc) without spending too much in Los Angeles area? Does anyone have experience with that or know a place to recommend? This is for a gen 2 Toyota Prius 2008 car.

I just called them they only do mechanics stuff so they don’t really have experience doing this kind of work related to alarm system.

Thank you, but does this comes with a shock and tilt sensor? This seems like a home security camera, in the video he just connects it below the car from the outside? Why can’t they just remove or steal it easily? Not sure how is this superior to properly installing a shock and tilt sensor (other than the price - which is the same as getting both mentioned sensors).

I’m surprised there is such lack of interest and response on my thread given that our car is such a big target for catalytic theft... you would think some community members already figured out where is the best place price wise to install the two sensors to the factory alarm. So far the best price I found is $100. the two sensors cost around $50. So it’s a $150 job overall.
Are you familiar with any private people or shops who will be willing to do the labor for like $50?
