Does anyone know of a Handheld OBDii Tool that can flush the actuator/ABS? Like a Ancel FX3000? Or something similar? Im looking for something that does not require using a computer or laptop. Im willing to pay a few hundred dollars for the right tool.

There's a thread where mr_guy_mann compares a bunch of such tools, over here.

That thread specifically tests their capabilities with Gen 2 Prii, but I would guess the ones that show well there would be promising ones to investigate for a Gen 3.

Thanks Chapman, I read through that post. Im trying to find something that doesnt require either a phone or a computer/laptop. That I can just plug it in and its all there, no dongle required, no drivers to mess with, no bluetooth to connect, etc.

Yeah I don't think there's a handheld unless there's a real expensive autel . But I think the one that would be capable of that and all would have to have the right modules installed etc unless they've completely gotten away from that but that will be tricky finding a handheld that will have brake bleeding capability for a Prius right in it let me know if you find it I have tec stream here. Luckily my generation 2 didn't require it to get a hard pedal and all the lights off thank God I haven't had to do my Gen 3 yet but I know it's coming and some people have had trouble even getting it to work with the tec software
