I have a 2013 Pruis and I can no longer open the back hatch when I click the button on the back hatch. I was able to climb into the back area and click the inside latch to pop the hatch open. I've been driving the car around and everything works great. The battery is a 1-year-old, and I live in Texas. I've changed the fob battery, NOTHING Put a charger on the 12 v battery, NOTHING I can't find the fuse for that rear hatch. Does anyone know where what number it is? Or what I can do to fix this issue? Thanks
does it make any sound at all? you'll probably have to remove the hatch liner and look at the wiring, check for voltage, etc. is the wire boot from the hatch to the body okay?
It looks good, I was able to take off the latch off the car and look at it. The wires looked good, but when I clicked the unlock on the fob twice. Nothing happened on the latch just like always.
