I'm pretty sure I need to replace the factory JBL (Harmon Becker Amp). I lost sound and volume control. I read that its under the passenger seat but I don't see it, is this the right location?

    Thanks,

That's where it is in the liftback, anyway.

Does your v have a touch-screen display? If so, it should have diagnostic screens for the infotainment system, including the amp, that may help you determine what the issue is.

People keep finding those diag screens and thinking "yay! I found diagnostics for the car!" and we keep having to say "sorry, those are just for the infotainment electronics." But every now and then we get a thread they're useful for.

Thanks! I do have the touchscreen. How do I access the diagnostic screen? I'll search here I'm sure there's info. : )
