Just to introduce myself, my cars are a 2007Toyota Prius PCKG#5 Silver/Grey(the baby of the household and this stole the mercedes garage space :]) 2006Land Rover LR3 HSE White/Tan(the beach, 4"+snow, take the dogs to petsmart, move into dorm, have 6 friends roadtrip car) but i get 20mpg normally. which is not bad for what it is. And the other cars of my household(dads, i still live at home because i am 19... lol but i do go to college during the yr) 2007 Mercedes S550 sport Dark Silver/Cream--it's actually nice and has a clean burning engine. 2006 Hummer h2(UGH! we didnt need this car... but my dad wanted to get an SUV and he looked at the chevy tahoe, gmc denali, and a couple other ones and since they are all on the same 'platform' he liked the higher quality interior and styling i guess. Too bad he is averaging like 14.6 mpg but we have had it for a year and it has 3000 miles. Why did he buy it? the mystery remains.) 1993 BMW m5 Alpina? or something. Its always in the garage and i am not allowed to drive it... 2004 Audi A6 (moms car, it has a CVT!!!!) and these are my favorite cars oddly; 1993 Volvo 240 classic wagon... 28,500 original miles... dark green/tan 1991 Volvo 240 Sedan...382.000 miles and running awesome. well, obviously our family does have a passion for cars, and each of them has a TERRAPASS just to take away some of the guilt. but anyways, happy motoring! tell us about your cars!
Simple: Priapus, my 2004 BC 9 Prius My wife's 2003 Buick Regal (which will one day be traded in for a HyCam)

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(CapeCodPrius @ Nov 19 2006, 03:52 PM) </div> You have quite a garage there! If that M5 really is an Alpina model, that's something special. Is it imported? I don't think there's an Alpina dealer in the States. Our garage just contains the Prius and an 02 Camry XLE 4 cylinder
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Tideland Prius @ Nov 19 2006, 08:04 PM) </div> Yea, my dad bought it brand new. It has low miles too, like 18,000 or something- but as you can tell... the volve sedan got its use haha. Im like stunned of how many cars we have though. Not complaining, or boasting, just rather surprised. My dad like went on a new car rage in the past year! hehe and i am SOOOO glad we have acquired the prius! i have like 1800 miles on it and we have had it for a week! <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Tideland Prius @ Nov 19 2006, 08:04 PM) </div> He bought it directly from Alpina, and it had to go through some changes when it got to the USA... I guess he has a Alpina B7 on order or something whatever that is. I just yelled 'WHY DO WE HAVE SO MANY CARS DAD!' haha.
I have a 2005 Prius, while my wife has a 2000 Ford Windstar (her choice). My father (my mother doesn't drive) has a 1985 Toyota Camry (bought from his sister for $1) and a 1964 Studebaker GT Hawk (just drove it in a local parade).
I have the 2006 Barcelona Red Pkg 8 w/ added XM ,under dash lights, Rostra heated seats and lumbar supports. I also own a 1969 Ford Thunderbird 4 door. The back doors are suicide doors (open backwards). My wife owns a 2004 Buick Rainier (she calls it her truck). We avg. 43 mpg in the Prius, 10 mpg in the Thunderbird (it has 429 cu in V-8 in it) and 15 in the Rainier.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(kpauley @ Nov 19 2006, 09:30 PM) </div> Wow, All of you have some interesting rides!!
I am a one-person, two-car family: 2006 Toyota Prius (daily driver) 2000 Audi A8 (when I feel like a change) I unloaded the 1998 Mercedes-Benz CLK320. Good riddance!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Cheap! @ Nov 19 2006, 08:30 PM) </div> Now's the time to sell the jeep and GMC, with gas prices low and winter coming on, you should get a decent deal. Until the Prius, each car was worth more than all my previous cars combined (I only currently have the last car in the list): car 1: '81 Mazda GLC, free (parent's car, got 35 mpg or better when new) car 2: '65 VW bug, $300 (fun little car, but rust on door hinges) car 3: '87 Nissan Sentra $3100 (got up to 40 mpg, first car with A/C) car 4: '91 Nissan Sentra SE-R $10,000 (lower mileage, but a fun change, first car with RHS mirror) car 5: '99 Subaru Outback $22,000 (first brand-new car, after I swore I'd never do that, also first automatic, first power windows, power locks, etc) car 6: '06 Prius, $23,000 (maybe the last new car I ever get?? Buying used was hard to do for the Prius) And two hobby cars that I still have: '68 VW Fastback with no rust, purchased for $700 between cars 3 and 4, and a '54 GMC pickup that my uncle keeps for me even though he's still got the title and no money changed hands (my dad gave it to him in the '70's). I'd like to put an electric motor in the VW someday, not sure what to do with the GMC - want to keep it, but needs a lot of work to get moving again. My wife has a 2001 Accord. It was kinda hard giving up the Subaru with it's hauling space, but the Prius hatchback has done well. When I go to Home Depot, I take my car since the pass-thru area from the Accord's trunk is narrower than on the Prius, and I can get 10' pieces of trim inside easily. Don't get me started on bikes, unicycles, inline skates, etc. No watercraft though (sigh).
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(nerfer @ Nov 20 2006, 01:08 PM) </div> wow, you have been through quite some cars! haha. We have a boat, with volvo engines(obv. out family is obsessed with volvos. hehe) and! i found out a point for the hummer. Me and my friend used it on halloween and pretended to be thugs. which was hilarious, because we are the total opposite. and no, we were not in really crowded areas i did not run over children! poor humm though, it never leaves our house! so i finally drove it. but the prii is doing good. it needed a break anyways... but i think the people who posted there cars on here DEFINATELY know stylish-fun-safe and some enviromentally happy cars...(definately not the hummer)
2001 Corolla - my wife's car 2005 Prius - my car We hope to upgrade the Corolla to a 2009 or 2010 Prius or other Toyota Hybrid depending on what's our and our needs at the time.
2006 Prius PKG 4 2007 Dodge charger SRT-8 Super BEE..our collector car 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ (lease) 2005 Dodge Ram Cummins desiel (lease) -THANK GOD! and when the lease is up on the ram in march.. either a 2007 Tundra LIMITED or a 2007 Silverado LTZ
We have one car for the four of us, and there are days it doesn't get any exercise. There's a dead motorcycle in the garage, a canoe in the yard under the Fir tree, and about a dozen bicycles in the basement. Only half of them are mine, but I'd trade them all for a Toxy ZR.
One 2006 Prius And many pairs of shoes. Hey, this is Europe, no garage, have to hunt for a parking spot every day when I get home.
