my battery was not covered and a metal item in my trunk shorted the 12v battery when i made a left turn killing the car completly while driving
nothing works now except a cargo light in the trunk

i need the location and part description of whatever fuses i have likely blown

Just go under the hood fuse box and take a look at all your fuses and then take a look on the battery positive terminal there's a little fuse to think of five or seven amp in that positive battery terminal affair and there may be a fusible link back there Not sure about that so do you see anything burnt on the top terminal of the battery The positive then check both your fuse boxes The one in the car and the one out when the metal bar ran across the terminal so it ran across the positive to the body how long was it there did it burn or weld the piece of metal did it melt it any pictures it depends how bad it was you might have just blown a fuse or two do you see any wires burnt coming off the positive terminal?

I don't have the back end in my car at all My spare tire will has tools in it no spare tire so when I whip around the corner right smartly everything is sitting in the spare tire well that can't roll across the battery The only thing I'll allowed to be level with the battery or above is wood and things like non-combustible items non-metallic plastic etc

A 2010 does not have the little 5 amp fuse at the positive battery terminal. That's a Gen 1 and 2 thing. There is a 140 amp fuse there. You don't necessarily see it: the positive clamp thingy kind of drapes over the side of the battery like something in a Dalí painting, and the "fuse" is the part that drapes over.

Gen 3 also has a 125 amp fuse pretty well buried in the front fuse box; there are some threads here with pictures of how you can get a glimpse of it and get to it. There's also a post somewhere in which I showed some easy-to-reach test points you can use with your meter to check the continuity of that fuse without much hassle.

checked the fuse boxes under the hood and dash and i do not see anything wrong.
battery terminal fuse is fine also.

battery has 11 volts in it
i have a good key but when i push the brake it says key not detected

key also does not lock/unlock doors

11 volts does not mean that you have a good battery. Do you have a charger?

If I didn't have a cover over my battery, I'd at least wrap up the positive terminal with a non-conducting rag or something to prevent a short like you had.

11 volts isn't gonna cut it. o get it charged up and load tested and replace if necessary.

test your fob battery as well
