So i noticed when i fill in small amounts of fuel, the gauge doesn't goes up unless I fill it up to the full or if i reset the 12v battery. Another thing i am facing which is that my gas tank capacity is 30 liters max, this is if i filled gas when the last pip starts blinking. What could be the reason for that?
This is correct. You need to add a minimum of 12 L in order for the gauge to recognise more fuel has been added. From which market is your car sourced?
I am honestly not sure. But does it make a difference? Do you mean that this is normal for some priuses?
It could make a difference if the car came from North America versus Europe. It can be usual in some Prii, but not necessarily normal.
should take around 10 gallons iirc. might be an evap issue, hard to say without codes. n/a got a rubber bladder which can sometimes foul the whole filling procedure. keep in mind, when the last pip blinks, there's still a couple gallons left. how much is petrol there?
