2012 Prius V, 120,000 miles. As I drove over a speed bump (very slowly) the tires slipped in an unusual way and 4 warning lights came on. At that moment I didn't have much torque, which recovered a few moments later. The following lights came on: Check engine light, the brake system warning light, slip indicator light, hybrid system warning light. Any idea what my problem is and how to recover?

maybe a speed sensor came loose, look around inside the wheels for the harness.

if not, try disconnecting the 12v neg for a minute and see if the lights come back.

The best head start you can get on identifying the issue is to find out the trouble codes that the car is already holding for you.

If you don't have a scan tool handy, you can get the codes behind the brake and slip lights using nothing more than a short wire (between Tc and CG at the car's diagnostic connector) and counting some light blinks. You can search for threads with more details on doing that. However, a scan tool will be needed for codes in other systems, such as those behind the triangle light.

It is best to get the codes before any disconnecting of the 12 volt battery, which may clear them before you can learn what happened. In the case of some intermittent issues, it can be quite a long time before a code comes back, so your resolution of the problem is delayed by that amount.

I had a similar circumstance where several trouble lights came on at the same time with a loss of power. Turned out to be the inverter which was covered under Toyota warranty. (2012 Prius v) 51000 mi.

Invest the $75 or so, have dealership read codes with Techstream.

Do you have anything constantly plugged into the OBD port btw?

When the lights include the brake or skid lights, there's an easy way to get those codes that costs you nothing at all, if you've got a short jumper wire and can count light blinks.
