2008 with 190k. I downloaded Dr Prius app because I only get 32 mpg. What exactly am I looking for?

yes there is a health check i don’t know why it didn’t upload. it said 47.59% and “WELL DONE. Battery pack has estimated 47.59% capacity left, it is in bad condition but will still run.” but it has never given a check engine light or anything

i haven’t changed anything in my driving i am a pizza delivery driver and have been for more than a year

i have not cleaned throttle body or maf, and it burns about half a quart every 3000 miles

The Internal Resistance is getting high at 29 but not unexpected with a 50% life left. A cell rebalancing may help. You can DIY or get local shop to do it.
At 190k, have the plugs ever been changed?
Also check the PCV valve. If it’s sticking may cause problems and it’s a cheap part.
Have you changed the serpentine belt? If not get that changed or DIY.
At 190k the car is still an adolescent so may last you another 100k.
