Has anyone here replaced the larger o ring that goes on the can itself? What size was it and where did you order from. This is the generic cheap one from Amazon.
Is it broken completely even if it is you should be able to easily Mic or Gage the diameter of the rubber and then the OD should be the same to measure like 36mm od.. 2mm section diameter
Buy a digital caliper from Amazon or Harbor Freight ($20) and measure. In the meantime if its not broke don't fix it.
You also need to know the thickness of the o-ring as well. Either a direct measurement of the inner diameter (ID), or the actual measurement of the o-ring thickness itself. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
True, but I’m honestly also looking for something with double the thickness. It’s a $5 bet on Amazon. I’ll update this if it actually works or not. Upgrading the other o rings on the occ helped tremendously with the fuel smell.
