My 2007 Toyota prius car is burning in 100km 5 lite petrol,. What can I do to reduce fuel consumption. the tires are new, and the front tire is 35 psi, the rear tire is 33 psi, the oil and filters have just changed. I use it gradually during takeoffs. the battery status is medium. Thank you so much for your other oneeis.
Pulse and Glide driving can boost MPG: How to Pulse and Glide? | PriusChat Also I drive with 47psi in front and 45psi in the rear. It's a much more rough ride but way better gas mileage and my tires lasted 10K miles longer than they were rated for. But your fuel consumption is fairly normal for most Prius.
What grade of petrol are you using? 91 RON? If so, try 95 RON. When I changed to the recommended grade of 95 RON (in my country), I went from 5.2 L/100 km average to 4.7 L/100 km average. It also worked out to be cheaper per km to use the slightly more expensive 95 RON due to getting 200 km more distance out of a tank of fuel.
Is this consumption new or same as you’ve always experienced? How long have you owned the car? What other maintenance have you done besides filter, oil and tires?
I bought the car 7 months ago. it has the ariza code po402. i installed a stub on the second sensor, and the po402 code was deleted. the spark plugs are the same as the original ones. has anyone else had
