I wouldn't go by that video where he piggybacks another capacitor in there. Remove the faulty cap and replace it with a new 220 µF 16 VDC capacitor. I think the original is rated at 110 µF.
Human nature being what it is, people would assume you are recommending that video. I was just pointing out it is not the best example of the many videos on YouTube.
