Here's a spreadsheet* summarizing the Toyota USA schedule, as shown in the Warranty and Maintenance Booklet. A pdf of that booklet can be downloaded from Toyota Tech Info, in the "Manuals" section. * Also, a pdf, in case you have trouble opening spreadsheet.
It's different for each country - for some strange reason. I'd look in the Maintenance/Service Handbook which came with the car.
Interesting! Maybe Australian gasoline isn't filtered as consistently at the pumps as ours is? The maintenance schedule of my '81 Mazda did not show replacement of fuel filter or PCV valve. However, the original fuel filter clogged at only ~260k miles.
Hmm, sorry can't remember. I know they changed them on my diesel cars. And I changed my old VOLVO - at 320,000km - and I suspect it was the original - all blocked up.
