Hey, so i used this product after i started getting a p3001- cylinder 1 miss fire. originally i cleaned the egr cooler, egr valve and air intake manifold. Cleaned 1st time at 217k miles. I waited to long or didnt know i needed to. Anyways, i drained my engine coolant and put new coolant in the tank. Then i used half a bottle of this stuff and so far it has worked great. my mileage has been 1000 miles and my mpg has gone down 1 mile to 39. Not the greatest fix but it has done the trick for the time being. Let me know if you have any questions. ill continue to update the mileage. but so far it has worked with no issues!

3259 miles strong, I don’t drive it much because of corona and military doesn’t let me go anywhere. I’ll get an occasional engine shake(possibly the liquid breaching the gasket seal) ive driven it probably an hour at most. Also mpg is back to 40. I keep my eye on the coolant just in case and keep some coolant on hand

There is an occasional leak into cylinder 1. i usually dont drive over 55 mph. The vehicle started miss firing again recently and i had to buy new spark plugs off of amazon. My current odometer is at 220k. ive driven roughly 20k on the cracked head gasket. I ended up buying another car but the prius still runs (i originally didnt think the issue was a faulty spark plug because i recently (at 200K miles) replaced it and it said it should last 80K-120K.

This is better imo. Used on luxury cars like Audi, BMW, Mercedes. Made in Germany.

This might help with reducing oil burning, but wont fo anthything for a head gasket leaking coolant.

Sealant will work for awhile if used soon after the rattling begins. Never solves the problem long term, usually lasts one to three months if it worked at first. The problem is subsequent overheating, even after a replacement engine, can be traced to the sealant left in the radiator, heater, various hoses and more. The old school sealants were arguably better even though you had to flush out the existing antifreeze many times with water, use it with distilled water, drive 500 miles and then flush out the sealant many times with distilled water before adding concentrate coolant. Two long days before and after the sealant and then it won't last long term either. But you don't clog up the replacement engine down the road.

So "do you feel lucky?" Direct sealant made for existing coolant. Do you roll the dice with just a head gasket? Might work. Used engine swap? Might work? Rebuilt used engine or new short block rebuild? Five to ten more years of engine reliability if not first time diy.
