the problem is prius has too many computers for most readers. have you looked at the phone app prices?
did not understand well sorry, my car did not have any problem but I need obd reader just for interest or just in case... and i want it to have good quality and as many as possible functions, but not very expensive.

I don't understand the question. What are you trying to do with the setup? Is the software for an Android phone? Windows laptop? Windows phone (yes they still make those too) something else maybe? Is the hardware Bluetooth ELM327, WiFi, USB or Rs-323? Gotta love questions that lead to a million available options.
You can find it cheaper on AliExpress, but it may take a month or more to get it. If you go this route, make sure the seller has high ratings. They list items sold by sellers with 10% positive reviews alongside those with >90% positive reviews.
