My passenger-side lightbulb burned out. The replacement from Autozone should be an H11.

But it doesn't fit. The pins are spaced wider apart, among other things.

So what is the proper bulb to replace it?

Is it the high beam? The high beam takes a PHILIPS 9005PR. That has a wider pin spacing than the H11 bulbs.

Hmmm, now I’ll have to double-check. Thanks for the tip!

The passenger side headlight bulb is way over in the small confines of the corner, you probably removed the high beam bulb, which is a 9005. Yes, the 9005 pins are spaced wider apart than the H11 bulb.

A big handshake to all! I had indeed mixed up the high beams with the headlight bulbs. It’s now fixed. Thank you!
