Drivers side gets no air (hot or cold)

    I have a 2016 prius I have owned since new.
    I noticed maybe 6 months ago that when I put my hand over the drivers side climate vents I get little or no air coming out. I noticed this when the heat is one or the ac is on or just blowing fresh air. I get plenty of air moving out of the passenger vents, just not the drivers side. Could this be a relay or a fuse?

    cabin filter is fine. Just checked it. Is there maybe a bad servo in the dash that controls where the air goes in the vents?
