Since the front door lights come on automatically when the door is open and that’s what these do as well? Or is it from elsewhere ? I was interested in getting these earlier but I didn’t wanna tear up the interior. How easy / difficult was it ?
I got them for just under $200 from my local Toyota dealership. They should work for your 21'LE no problem. Check the VIN when checking out before purchasing to be sure
You're right. These tap into the power from the footwell lights. It's actually very easy. The hardest These tap into the footwell lights and it's a really easy job to install these. So you need is a Phillips, electrical tape, pliers and pair of cutters for the zip ties. The toughest part was getting the included taps to actually make a good connection. Super easy job overall. With a YouTube video it'll be a cake walk.
