My car doesn’t show battery monitor. I am not able to press 'i', when I pressed 'i' it shift to blank page. Red marked in the attached photo. What should I do to show hybrid battery monitor? It was shown till yesterday but someone in the Workshop did something wrong. After that it is not working.
hard to diagnose what 'someone in the shop' might have done. try disconnecting the 12v neg for a minute.
Was the car moving at the time? The setup menu is disabled if the car is moving, and a blank page is displayed. As for not showing the battery monitor, I suspect that setting might get reset to default if the shop disconnected the 12 volt battery. It is possible there is a defective connection to the steering wheel switch, for example the "Clock Spring" is flaky. Did they remove the steering wheel?
No, they didn’t disconnect 12v battery. Problem is solved. After taking it to the Workshop, they tried to press all the switches of steering wheel. Luckily it is working now but they could not identify which switch helped to back it normal.
