How to make sure coolant is not leaking

    It been the coldest January on record for that last 18 year here in Quebec,

    The ice engine was one just about every time we used the car, used an entire tank of gas in January. doing the same local drives that had been done on all EV mode in warmer months.

    I did not smell any preston in car as I through I did once when I made the initial post.

    Fill-up tank has stayed at the same level since I topped it off.

    Congrats;
    So it was just a combination of cold weather and possibly some trapped air bubbles, that worked it's way out of your cooling system - resulting in low coolant levels.
    You probably won't run into this issue again; until you do your 100K mile coolant replacement. This is dependent on how well the people doing the job, "burp" your cooling system - to get all the air out.
