The one inside - if it's the same as 2016, I think it's under that dash - and is used for lots of beep warnings. Don't try cutting it out - I suspect the computer would get upset. Get your dealer to TURN IT OFF - it'll just give one beep to confirm that you've selected REVERSE. No idea why dealers don't do it automatically.
If you mean that awful "UFO" speaker, it's on the engine side of the radiator, to the right of center, before you see the right headlight. But you can't see it unless you remove the clips on the plastic cover. (I think there's 6) If you are careful with a small screwdriver they pop off and are reusable. Some of us have taken out the UFO speaker (officially called a pedestrian speaker, part of the vehicle proximity notification system) and wrapped sound-deadening material around it to quiet it. I believe they've disabled any software options for turning it down...mine was WAY to dang loud, especially in reverse. (It also comes on when driving slowly but not as loud.)
