After my successful rear shock replacement, I threw some ominous codes. Dr. Came back with a P0301. Wth. Cleared and ran some errands. While out, at idle, she was doing the Texas Rattlesnake under the hood. Drove home with my seat and face as close to the dash like the gf; heard a few more rattles mostly at lower speeds with ICE on. Threw another code, this time P0303.

    Pulled the plugs.

    Left: ~20k
    Right: ~98k

Reinstalled the old plugs. So far, no codes or rattlesnakes under the hood.

I don't get it. You must have missed some details. You replaced shocks, and you got a misfire. but then you reinstalled old plugs??? from?

I hope you cleaned the plugs before re-installing them?
They don't look good though. Where are you getting your fuel?

    Two separate events happening simultaneously.

Fixed one problem and another popped up.

Yes, they were cleaned. I use Chevron 99.9%.

    Yes, weird. o_O

The plug on the left has a lot more deposits on it (some oil on the center insulator?) The center electrode also has noticably more wear. If it's 20k on it, I'm thinking counterfeit. Where did you purchase them?

I call this a "Shock and Awe" video. Texas Rattlesnakes don't shake as much but it is certainly an interesting analogy.

At a Toyota dealership. My money is on counterfeit.

    Lots of fakes out here.

Picked up some new plugs today.

Well possible. Has happened even in medicine industry. Unfortunately we gonna see more and more of this. Risk vs. reward way too good.
