I think I'd welcome the opportunity to DIY it ... spend less money on the fancy framing around things, more on nicer things ... 12 volt fridge rather than "cooling bag", mini instant pot rather than generic gas cooker, etc.
As a union carpenter and a major tinkerer I looked at this then went out to look at my second gen trunk. In about 3 minutes I have a basic plan on how to build a Prius version. Unless you are close to western Pa you would have to do some DIY mods behind the panels to support the slide out track but I could do the framework for you and ship it (or do a full drop in kit if you prefer.
