Hi there - we've just reserved a 2022 Prius in sea glass pearl. Does anyone have any experience with this color? It looks graying green to us on the website and a lot of images from google search are from older models (circa 2012). Appreciate any insight, own description, or sharing of actual pics.

I still think Toyota should offer some more colors. They have some good ones in their Arsenal, too — the RAV4 is offered with some really nice gunmetal gray options.
That is definitely way more blue than the Seafoam they used on Gen 3s. But yeah, looks like a good color. Should perform well in terms of not getting too hot in the sun (not solar lime or white good, but good enough), and I haven't heard anything of this paint fading or pealing prematurely.
I have that color. It is a fine (as opposed to coarse) metal flake and doesn't show dirt very well. That might vary depending on your local dirt though. It came from the factory with the Paint Protection Film which covers all the leading edges and works quite well. I just went through an Arizona summer with it, and this color didn't seem to add to any heat budget. Pretty happy with it really.
Yeah I see the blue tinge on my phone vs a computer monitor. There isn’t an obvious blue colour or tint in real life. But if I had to pick between your blue or light grey, I would lean towards the blue. Gen 3? It’s the same Sea Glass Pearl.
Had the same color on our 2017 Prius ,very easy to keep clean and always looked good.Now have our Supersonic Red Prime.
I love that color. Light enough to reflect some of the heat of the summers, but an interesting color instead of white.
Same color as my 2021.I am somewhat color blind and it initially looked grey to me. It is a shade of green though. It seems to be more rare than most of the other Prius colors. I do get lots of compliments on the color which never happened with my previous silver Prius.
My wife's 2017 Prius is that color....very pretty! I keep it shiny for her with a yearly application of Nu Finish. (I even polish the windows, helps the water to run right off.)
Because is a green, I named her Tinker Bell. My wife like the white pearl on my 2021 and named her Mini Pearl. (The older folks will get that)
I've been using Nu Finish for the past decade ever since I first saw it mentioned on here, but depsite it working well I'd like to find something better. Do you or anyone else know of other options? Also just bought a cheap orbital polisher that my aging over-worked elbows appreciate. So am eager to buy good bonnets for it, as well as good polishing and waxing fluids...
We have it on our 2020 LE. I found that the surface wasn’t slick from factory, or it sat on the lot for a while. I waxed with Meguirers Ultimate and it is better now. We have received several compliments from strangers on the color. We have had some call it green and others call it blue.
