Source: Tesla CCS adapter activated in North America with 2021.40.6 software update | Tesla Owners Online There may need to be a board update on Teslas built before 2020 along with the adapter. Regardless, @Lee Jay may want to follow this Tesla technology. Bob Wilson
You'd mentioned Southeast New Mexico getting a bunch of CCS-1 fast DC chargers. This technology opens up Teslas for that area in addition to the existing L2 networks. Bob Wilson
Okay, but I'm not interested in Tesla vehicles. They don't make a vehicle that interests me in the slightest because of their lack of dashboards and HUDs and because of their outrageous prices plus I don't like the way Elon has behaved during the pandemic. A Tesla isn't the last EV I'd buy, but pretty close. My list looks more like: Ioniq5 EV6 BZ4x Bolt EUV Bolt EV ID4 Leaf Plus Kona EV Niro EV Mach-e Model Y eTron
There's no Tesla with a HUD and the Model Y has no dash and a base price of about $60,000 right now. The Ioniq 5 looks to be in the low 30s with existing tax credits and it does have a HUD.
Thanks, I was wondering how they faired in the EPA vehicle list: Code: Ioniq5 (N/A) EV6 (N/A) BZ4x (N/A) Bolt EUV (28 kWh/100 mi) Bolt EV (29 kWh/100 mi) ID4 (34 kWh/100 mi) Leaf Plus (30 kWh/100 mi) Kona EV (28 kWh/100 mi) Niro EV (30 kWh/100 mi) Mach-e (34 kWh/100 mi) Model Y (26 kWh/100 mi) eTron (36 kWh/100 mi) Bob Wilson
