After troubleshooting, it would seem that I'm in need of replacing my rear washer pump (front works fine, no pump noise at all when rear is activated). Would anyone have instructions for this and are willing to share? There was another thread with a copy of the relevant repair manual section for this, but I can't seem to find it again. Thanks.

Pretty easy 2 little pumps plugged into the bottom of the reservoir.

One is front other is rear, already replaced 2 on mine over the years
So suggest you replace both pumps while In there. They just unplug from the bottle. Pull right out.

Can’t remember which is which but easy to find out.just unplug each one till the front no longer works then label that connector and water line.

Thanks for the info. Did you have to remove anything else to get access to the pumps? I can see the pumps, but didn't try to remove them yet. Also, are the front and rear pumps the same part # ? One site seems to show only 1 part for both front and rear, but another shows different ones.

It’s tight in there as I remember as the cabling had no slack but doable. and it’s really easy to swap them around as I made that mistake.so keep track of which power plug controls which hose.
Same motor for front and back.

Just an FYI for anyone else that needs to replace their washer pumps. Although the front and rear pumps are the same, mine were different in the form of a slightly different connector. I had to trim a little bit of the plastic on the connector housing on the washer pump for me to install the rear one. When I looked up the part number from Toyota, they showed different part numbers. Not a big deal, it took all of 2 minutes for me to remove the extra plastic with wire cutters.
