hi i was wondering if any1 can take an picture of the ecu box on the passenger side and the blower motor module? I forgot where they bolt to. thanks
The blower motor module (do you mean the resistor?) is in the bottom black vent underneath the blower motor.
yes i tried to screw it back in but the metal part is blocking thats why I want a picture of the blow motor module (resistor) to see how it position to install it back
Granddad's car really would have a resistor controlling the speed of the HVAC fan. The Gen 2 does have an electronic pulse-width controller module, one for the HVAC fan, and one for the battery blower. They do mount in the air duct the same way Granddad's resistor would, and they sort of look the same from the outside, but they're not resistors.
You're not really talking about any resistor at all, but the blower speed control module is shown as 87165C here.
