Hello, I apologize in advance for asking a question that likely is somewhere here on the forums. I honestly tried to search hard. But due to the keywords I can't find specific answers to my question, which is: How common are catalytic converter thefts on Prius C models? I live in San Francisco, and have a 2013 and was considering installing a theft preventions cover / shield, but there doesn't seem to be instances I have seen of Prius C cat thefts. Searching, even using quotes (i.e. "Prius C") still doesn't yield satisfying results. I know it would still be mostly likely worth paying the small price, but I just want to know or see evidence that any C cat thefts have happened at all. If there are links please provide them. Here is a thread that has been recent. Are some models more prone to catalytic converter theft? | PriusChat Has some places to get a shield for the c I think still unlikely for a c cat to get stolen, but in the area you live, might have higher risk hope this helps
