Cleaned fuel injectors, now engine won’t turn over

I had the four misfire codes P0301 to 4. Replaced spark plugs, injector coils, cleaned throttle body and mass air flow sensor. After all of that car was running good. I decided to pull the fuel injectors out and clean them. When I had the injectors out the car for some reason the car cycled and started pushing fuel out of the ports where the fuel injectors connect. This lasted about 3 to 5 seconds. The car was not turned on. I cleaned and replaced the injectors. I powered the car up and waiting for the engine to kick on, it tried and I heard a little knock sound as the engine tried to turn over, but it didn’t. Now the engine will not turn over, I hear it try to kick on but it makes a little knock sound every time and doesn’t turn over. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could there be an air lock in the fuel system now because of it dumping that fuel? If so, what’s the fix? Thanks ahead of time.

 

I believe they are because they aren’t leaking?

This makes sense to me, any ideas, if I pull the injectors back out will the fuel evaporate and take care of the problem?
