Hi Guys. I'm looking at other venting issues on this site and mine is a bit different. Here's what I've figured out so far.
    1. A/C works fine
    2. Heat works fine
    3. Blower works fine
    4. The mechanism that changes vent mode seems to turn fine
    5. Defrost, floor, and passenger side vents work fine
    6. Just replaced cabin air filter with OEM part.
I have started to take apart the upper dash and dig into it, but have not gotten to the driver's side vents yet. Is there a servo motor or something that only controls the driver's side vents or is it simpler than that?

Something new: I turned AUTO on for A/C and instantly hot air blew out.

We have a 2017... one day I noticed that A/C air was not blowing out the passenger side vent near mid center of door panel. It was blowing out our driver side vent. These 2 vents are adjacent to the mirrors. I found that when my wife sat in the passenger side seat.... her vent did work. Just guessing... a passenger has to be sitting there before the vent will blow air. Maybe there is a trigger in the front passenger seat.

I also know that if no one sitting in right side front passenger seat... their Air Bag light is deactivated and not displayed on the screen.

I've heard of that, however, my problem is just the opposite. With no passenger and only me sitting in the drivers seat, I have full vent on the passenger and nothing on me.

I knew this was an issue with the Driver side vent. Thought that possibly... Driver side seat trigger might be an issue... did some research and yes both front seats do use sensors. Q? does the driver side Air Bag icon display on the screen? Maybe its just a faulty driver side seat VENT sensor.

Saves you diving into the dash board vent system.

Please note... I am only guessing here outside the box.

I don't know if you still facing this issue, I had the exact same issue 2 months ago and one of the mechanic shops suggested disconnecting the auxiliary battery "negative" for 5 mins then reconnecting it again might fix the issue, and surprisingly it worked.

note: make sure to initialize your car under "Multi-Information Display".

I'm having the exact same issue, what did you do to fix it?
