Prolong Battery Systems featured in Parts & People Magazine

I did phone back in June when I was installing harness bc I had a question but I received George then too lol and while he’s mostly helpful I don’t receive answers to all of my questions regarding these 2 situations. And the reply emails cease and I am left without resolution. The first time I was upset but was able to ‘fix’ between Priuschat help and internet whatever had happened as I got the system up and running again.

But this time was much more worrisome with the electrical burning smell and then sending my vehicle into warning code error mode!

If HA wants to claim that it causes no harm to any of the complex hybrid systems involved, this would be a more believable statement if they honored warranty status more thoroughly and provided additional help guides for troubleshooting to those of us inept in these areas which is partly why we purchase this system in the first place
