Mostly ranting but my 09 touring spoiler was literally ripped off so hard it pulled the 4 bolts with it.. is this a new trend? if so im not spending the stupid amount wanted for a new one.. I find regular dark grey titanium color (whatever its called) for 65-95 bucks on eBay.. im just glad they left my 5 month old catalytic converter alone..
wow, that's a new one on me. they don't even have to jack up the car. replacements expensive? maybe just vandalism, you know how those mouseketeers can be
progressive said it was the 2nd one this month in Florida.. I guess im lucky, but not lucky enough to find a wrecking yard that doesn't whore eBay prices and want 300 for a used black regular spoiler.. I have a brand new one from a 3rd gen, any way to make that work?
They want to total it out so they can keep the car, pay you a pittance and sell it to a scrapper for break even or even a profit. They hope you just roll over and fall for it. Fight these crooks.

unfortunately the whole rear door needs replaced, hence the stupid high price.. but I know how to weld and use a hammer to fix the Huge holes left by the bolts.. I just ordered a spray painted black one on eBay with light for 65 bucks shipped.. so im STOKED! just gotta fire up the paint booth and dehumidifier..
yeah they are high as hell, this car was flawless, with all the bells and whistles, JDM spoilers and a bunch of stuff from Japan.. I've had offers at stoplights and parking lots lol..
Once left my '08 prius in a public parking garage overnight in San Jose, some a hole literally ripped my windshield wipers off my car. They bent the arms back, luckily I was able to bend them back. They even left the part of the wiper that attaches to the wiper arms, meaning they didn't even get a set of working wipers. Sucks that they ripped out the whole dang spoiler. People can be wack.
