Looking for an alternative to the dealership due to pricing. Where do I get one? I assume I have to program it when I get one, but how?
A good locksmith can do it using a reserved part of Techstream available to certified locksmiths. I would find the locksmith first and ask him if a new fob is required before buying a used one on ebay.
Large local full service hardware store near me has big sign by front door saying they can duplicate smart keys and fobs. If this is available in Hawaii, I would think it would be easy to find on the mainland. We get all the cool stuff last!
