Unfortunately, no real news there - the article was posted back in April, and the rumors have been flying all summer about what the next generation of Prius will have. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything to get excited about until Toyota comes out and gives us a real idea of what the specs will be.

I do like the line about Japanese full economy rateings not necessarily matching US driving styles. The Japanese "EPA" numbers are even more inflated than the EPA numbers so it would be a marketing blunder to advertise with them here.

It's just another aftermarket conversion company... they're sprouting up all over the place. What we're all waiting for is an OEM plug in Prius offered by Toyota.
