Over the weekend I disconnected the ground on the 12V battery while I was converting the power outlet under the stereo to always hot. Everything works fine, but now I find that the one-touch auto power window no longer works. The window still goes up and down, the auto feature just seems to be lost. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
Try running the window all the way down (holding the switch down). Then run it all the way up (holding switch up). continue holding the switch up for a few seconds after the window is fully up. That should reset the auto feature.

If you mean that the controls at each of the passenger doors do not work, but the windows work from the driver's controls... There is a window lock button on the driver's controls that locks passenger controls depending on its setting. If they don't work from any set of controls, then maybe a fuse???
right sorry for the vague description of my problem. the drivers door controls do not work for any window except the drivers . i've checked the fuses and even used my power supply for my laptop to run one of the windows up, so i am know the switch for that window works(at that door) i did not try the drivers door switch for that window. someone said it could be my ecm thank you for any help, advice, ideas etc...
I created an account over 15 years later to say thanks. This actually fixed the issue on my 2013 prius.
