does anybody know if Prius 1998 (Japanese model) different in body from Prius 2002 (American model)? Thanks a lot!

There were upgrades to battery pack, ICE RPM increase to 4,500 RPM (from 4k) and electric motor power increase. Toyota brought the new powertrain upgrade verion to US as 2001 model year. Dennis
