2004 Digital Dashboard I replaced

After being down for 4-5 weeks, these are likely to be REAL codes. If the HV battery is original, it's very likely a weak module has self discharged during the down period and is triggering a P0A80 code and possibly an individual module code, which will give you the exact lights you're describing. Get an app to read the codes or a code reader (that can speak Prius language) and you'll know for sure. I give it a 97.635% chance that I'm nailing it. Also, after 4-5 weeks, you should check your 12v battery. Even a brand new 12v battery will discharge to a depleted state after about 6 weeks due to small parasitic loads on the car.

Check the 12v battery and get the 12v system in good condition first, if needed.
Many times, when a weak module causes this problem due to not being used for several weeks, it can be overcome by doing a force charge on the HV battery by pressing the throttle to keep the engine running and charging the battery. Charge it until the car won't let the engine run any more. You should show green bars on the display. Let the car sit for several minutes, then disconnect the 12v battery for a minute or two. Reconnect the battery and then make the car READY. This usually takes 2 presses of the power button since the 12v was turned off. The codes should be clear and hopefully stay clear, since you charged up the weak module by force charging the HV battery. As long as you drive the car frequently, the weak module should work ok for a while, possibly even a very long while.

Half the codes shown under ABS/VSC/TRAC, and all the codes shown under HV, are just 'repeater' codes and aren't anything to worry about in themselves. Those are the C1259 and C1310, which just mean "hey, did you know there are HV codes?" and the HV P3000, which just means "hey, did you know there are traction battery codes?".

So that simplifies the picture some. You also have an unusual number of communication failure codes and a code telling you the voltage seen at the brake ECU got lower than 9ish at some point.

Those codes do not always mean the 12 volt battery is at fault (a low reading at the brake ECU could also result from a connector or wiring issue somewhere). But in the current picture and with the low usage of the car lately, it would definitely be sensible to check the condition of the 12 volt battery, at least give it a good long full charge, clear the codes (we have a record of them now, so they won't be lost) and see what happens then.
