Hey all! I have a 2018 Prius prime (peasant edition! ) Smaller screen one - physical AC controls, etc. I know there's better audio kit than JBL but I'm wondering exactly what I'd need to replace in order to get the full JBL upgrade in my car. I'm guessing replacement head unit with the JBL logo, speakers, front speaker grills. Anything else? Any idea where I could get a parts list? Thanks! Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.

You are talking about a hefty rewiring and cutout of new speaker holes. The simplest upgrade would be to add an amp and utilizing the existing holes with upgraded speakers. A compact amp fits pretty nicely behind an okay size new stereo system.
