The Sound of a Distant Foghorn

Ok, so you’re in your Prime in Park, in Ready Mode, parking brake on chilling. As you check your phone, you hear the occasional buzz of the brake accumulator as you realize you accidentally tapped your brake.

But then, something else. “hooooonk”, like an incredibly distant foghorn hidden deep beneath the dash, honking every 30-60 seconds. hooooonk. Barely perceptible, not annoying but noticeable. Anyone else notice this?

 

That could be it. I'll experiment to see if I hear the distant foghorn when the A/C is off.

 

You were right, it was the A/C compressor. No more foghorn when it's off!
