2012 non-JBL nav: "System not installed" error when pressing the APPS button, USB not working

    I installed an audio processor today, the RF 3sixty.3. I already had an amp set up, so there was no new splicing of wires or anything, but the head unit was removed for a few hours.

    Now the menus are very different and when I press the APP button I get a "system not installed" error. The USB port also seems to be unresponsive, not charging or being detected by the head unit.
    The car and settings screens work, phone bluetooth works, but menus and options are different/limited.

    The head unit is also giving a different ID# when connecting to bluetooth.

    I read about a few others who had this issue in a Camry and a V, sometimes it had a wire loose, sometimes it needed a new entune module.

    Has anyone seen this before? Whats the replacement cost of an Entune module? Any ideas are appreciated. I might reboot the car, but I HIGHLY doubt that will work.

    Go-to the website download the most recent update, put it on USB and then plug it into the USB in your car, usually in the center console, then go-to radio and run the update
