Anyone running the accessory 15" rims?

    I’ve read they flake paint wise. Some do some don’t.

    There was an issue, a few reports of the finish (Chrome?) flaking off. Mighta been a bad batch??

    An alternative in 15” is Plug-In Prius (model year 2012~2015) rims. They’re classic silver metallic (1F7 IIRC). Just Google “plug-in Prius rim” you should find used, around $100~200 USD per:

    they come up for sale on PriusChat occasionally too.

    I have a set; likely mounting snow tires on them this fall, a step up from the black steel Corolla rims I’ve been using so far.
