I have 2008 toys and when I turn vehicle on none of the dashboard lights work and the cruise does not work and when I go to turn it off it won’t turn off. After trying for about 10 minutes it finally shuts off
Welcome. It sounds like you have what is known as a "bad combo meter", which has been a fairly common occurrence on Gen 2 Prii. There are many threads in this forum that describe symptoms similar to yours and less costly fixes than taking the car to the dealer. Do a search for "combo meter" in PriusChat to gather info that will be useful to you.
welcome! hold the power button down for at least 3 seconds, then press it twice quickly to shut it down. check your 12v health also.
