    I’m tired of repair shops and dealers and am in need of a transmission fluid change on my 2002 Prius. Anyone in the Long Beach, Orange County area who can do this service for me?

    Do you know what you’re doing? I will pay you. I’ll bring the car to you or you come to me. Let me know.

    Your vehicle is approaching TWENTY YEARS OLD.

    Are you sure that you want to spend ANY money on routine maintenance ?
    I'd be tempted to just drive it until it dies........or start looking for a replacement NOW while it is still running good (assumption).

    It certainly does.
    It indicates that 91K of them are meaningless smoke like the one you replied to.

    I have purchased another new car two weeks ago so am good, but I’d like to get this car running if possible since it only has 97,000 miles on it. It’s a good daily driver for around town so it should be good to go if it only needs a transmission fluid change. Has new tires too.

    you don't really need to change the fluid to get it up

    have you tried hybrid pit?
