I think you’ve effectively sealed the crankcase; rerouting the original exit flow to the entrance. In other words: not good.

The out way feeds back into the in way? Effectively then there is no exit, my opinion.

I'd rather have the crankcase be in a vacuum. Vacuum reduces aerodynamic drag on the crankshaft and rods which increases engine efficiency. If you're worried about drawing in oil, use a catch can.

 

it must have thrown an error, there is a sensor near to the pcv and if it doesen't sense what it expects, the engine light will pop up.
