Hello all! I recently purchased a Tommy K style wing (think the one @TheChip has) but I'm in high school and can't afford fiberglass so I bought an ABS version off of Ebay lol! My local auto custom shop is trying to figure out how to install/ give me a fair estimate of how much time it might take and I need some help on explaining the install. The main thing I feel like they are going to have trouble with is trying to remove the rear spoiler/hatch thing (the thing the third brake light is attached to). I couldn't find anything real quick on the forums with how to remove that so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be super awesome. Also, I would SUPER DUPER appreciate anyone who has installed this or something similar to talk about what they wished they have known/ how they installed it and everything. Happy Driving! Removing the spoiler is straightforward. Pull off the interior panels (they pop right off), remove the five nuts on the 5 studs of the spoiler, pull it up and unplug the brake light connector. If your shop has trouble with that, run the other direction and find someone else to install your wing.
It didn't! None of the shops I went to felt comfortable installing without specific instructions on the install. The package came with some generic instructions that were not helpful. Still looking for a shop/person who would be willing to do it. PM me of you know anyone in Michigan! 't

I'm looking for instructions for the aftermarket wing like @Ueki posted, not the OEM. I'll take a look in that post though and see if there's something about a similar request in there!
The ebay listing full description says it comes with installation instructions. I was replying to the OP's request for instructions on removing the original wing, not your question.
My apologies. I've written to the seller, as I've the same exact one, but it didn't come with any instructions or paperwork.
