Hey guys so I'm new here names Dean Nd been working on my headache 2010 prius. It's had some issues but mainly the 2 codes were the hybrid battery and p0401. I cleaned the egr system from intake to cooler and now I'm getting all these codes. Double checked everything plugged in no hoses leaking yet now its throwing these codes. Checked MAF it's voltage and resistance is fine. Earlier I had codes for cylinder 3 misfire to throttle position sensor to AC. Im wondering this seems like too much to go wrong. Would this be electrical and if so where do I begin. Visually I don't see any wires torn or cut I don't have much money to take it in and have spent the last 4 nights no sleep trying to figure this out. Would the hybrid battery be causing these things I'm just not sure what to do. Well I figured it out. Was going through the engine wire harness and the ground was exposed and the sensor ground to MAF was severed. God knows what else. I tested them from the ECM and the resistance was all over beeping then not so knew something was up

No previous owner didn't take care of wiring harness when working on it. You can see he/she shortcut the work load by not undoing the wiring and pulled to side or pushed many times it got frayed really bad
