I picked up this plug from ConceptZPerformance.com Paid $25 plus tax and shipping. http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
Yea it is not a cheap plastic one from lowes, amazon or ebay. This is all aluminum and only 1.8mm thick. So its a low profile and it is not as pricey as another one I saw I wanted that was out of stock for $65-75 online. http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
@hoffek I saw that one too but did not know if the one I saw would fit. How much was that? http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
Living in the rainy PNW I keep resisting deleting the rear wiper... But maybe soon. And if I do, I hope to find something even better than what y'all have at the dollar store or my boxes of strange parts I saved.
@hoffeck Would you mind sharing the link to that plug so others may have a chance to get a good plug for their delete mod. http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
Yes of course. Passend für Toyota | Echtglas Heckwischerabdeckung Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
If I do it I think I'm gonna go with a tiny round glass mirror... Or maybe just a plastic googley eye?
Agreed... That's the main reason I've not yet done it. Of course at freeway speeds the aerodynamics keeps the rear window dry in most cases.
I've never used my rear wiper and I don't miss it. The back window is always clean and a few raindrops do not disturb. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
The rear window is small as it is and the wiper blocks a lot of that small area. I rather have as much view as I can get. http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
I like it when my black bish is dirty. She looks good wet too and cleans up nice. http://www.RedBullet.net http://www.ProjectLithium.com http://www.Pulstar.com http://www.PlugOutPower.com
At my windows, the raindrops bead through the wax of the car wash. This happens at low speeds. If it is to look good, you have to compromise. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
